DO NOT BUY FROM CROCS SA - Order Paid but remains undelivered - Very Bad.
I placed an order on the 23.01.2023 for two pairs of crocs totalling R984 and still no delivery. I sent an email to the customer service department and they responded with " Hi Lynnor, Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for the delay. Kindly note, there has been an issue with special characters in your delivery address which is the reason it was not recognized on the system. We have removed the special characters and your order is now in process. Kind Regards CROCS Crew. This is all and nothing has been delivered since. I have emailed them 9 times since with only automatic responses.
This is bad.
