Do not buy from Crocs online store!

I made an online purchase on the Crocs SA website on 1 November and payment was processed at the same time. I was advised that on 2 November, the goods were dispatched. Today it is the 17th of November and I haven't received any delivery. No body replies to emails. I requested a refund, and till today there is no reply. This is the worst company to deal with.
