dissapointed

good morning ....on 8th feb i purchased a pair of crocs was available deducted my money and was told sucessfull...........called few days said it will take 7-20days to deliver.....i called on 13feb to ask whats happening i was told that they dnt have stock no1 advised me nothing i purchased it for my daughter for her birthday which the service is really pathetic first time i bought on crocs and this is the service i receive not on ..........i asked them to get the person higher than them to give me a call i was told will be after 2yesterday still waiting i am very very dissapointed
