Disgusting service from crocs

The worst experience ever the customer care is putrid I will never reccomend them to anyone.

Firstly I placed an order in the 28th November and waited over 15 days for my delivery evertime I phones or emailed they came up with different stories or because money hasn't reflected which clearly was a lie since they emailed me saying payment was recieved and dispatch will be in 3 days. I finally phoned and asked for refund and they sent the order in a day. There was no invoice in my parcel and the shoe was big so I canto the store and asked to swap it for something else and gave the waybill with order number. ( 16 December 2018),cresta mall I dealt with another very rude and unprofessional had no clue on prices and put words in my mouth because he forgot prices I showed him. The online price and he tells me I'm. Wrong I showed him the proof of payment and he said it was wrong his name is Dube from the cresta store It was my first time buying here and I will never buy again and I'm. Sure this is my first complain regarding how many times I online shop and get great service from the stores when I return. Very disgusting I must say.
