Disgusted by service

If there was a negative scoring I would use that instead of one! How can I wait for a month (still counting) waiting for an order that was placed? Also the order the second order that I received the sizes are wrong from what I ordered. I have talked to 4 different online helpers who gave me ZERO help, always saying they will escalate my matter. Not forgetting to mention that out of the four time i have talked to them, I tried calling for million times with that contact number they never answer. So disgusted really of this service!
