Disgrace service.

I am utterly disappointed in my order. I ordered 2 pairs of crocs last week Thursday with the cyber sale and it was delivered on Saturday, needless to say there was only one pair of crocs in the box. How on earth does this company make the same mistake over and over again utterly disgraceful of them. I called the customer center and I am waiting for warehouse update. These were supposed to be my crocs that I'm wearing for umrah soon and it's just sad that the company hasn't gotten back to me yet.
