Disappointing Service

I am terribly disappointed with Crocs South Africa. I have ordered online items on the 29th of November already and have not yet received my items or have had any feedback from them with regards to my update requests.

The product is great, but the South African service is unfortunately very disappointing. I will definitely not order from Crocs SA every again.
