I’m really disappointed with this year’s birthday special. It’s the same experience every year — everything sells out within seconds, and it feels like only influencers benefit from the sale. As a loyal customer, I genuinely look forward to this event each year, but it’s become quite disheartening.

Please consider making the process fairer and more transparent so that your loyal customers actually have a chance to enjoy the offers. It’s discouraging to anticipate a sale we can never access.
