Disappointed

Good Day Kindly refer attached invoice pertaining to my pair of classic platform flip – women.Absolutely disgusted that just over 14 months and it is damaged – cut, refer image.Was I sold a defective product that did not last ? I have purchased a few other pairs in store for my family and I hope they do not experience the same issue. i still have not receive a response to my email
