Delivery issue

I ordered 2 pairs of Crocs online on 27 May 3023. Paid for delivery. On 6 June I still had not received them and I emailed customer services. They called me an hour later and apologized and said it was a system error and they will have my order delivered within this week. I was ok with that as I only needed them the weekend. Courier service calls me and low and behold tells me to meet them at the nearest police station to collect my package. What???? If I wanted to collect anything I would have used that option instead of paying for delivery! If you do not deliver in certain areas specify that upfront! I still do not have my order and it's Friday Tommorow. The last 2 orders I made from you were delivered to my doorstep! What is different this time around???? This is nonsense!
