Customer services pathetic 🙄

I placed an online order and did not realize that the sizes where US and not UK, long story short when I received my order the shoes where to big so I sent the 1 pair back for a smaller size, crocs received my returned pair of shoes last week Thursday and I heard nothing back from them neither have I received my order. I mailed them on Monday to ask when i will receive my order and it was been a back and forth with one of the support team members Nadeem since then. Apparently I cannot get a exchange for a smaller size cause there is a sale happening and then I opted for a gift card where I could buy online or instore and now I am getting long stories again. I honestly don't understand how this can be so difficult, I have paid for the shoes and just wanted a smaller size and now they have my shoes and won't send me the correct size. Never in my life have I dealt with a online store that makes the process so complicated and offers no help or assistance. I will never buy from them again. They should also give there support team better training cause they cannot even resolve a simple return order. I honestly don't understand why this has to be so complicated.
