Customer Service and Refunds Non existant

I've been trying to return for refund a pair of Literide Crocs for over a month now. Their customer service emails get retirned, no address found. I've left numerous messages with the receptionist and with the person working with on line returns without sny feedback. Please can you assist in this customer service issue
