Customer care is really terrible which makes me not want to EVER purchase again.

I'm very disappointed with my order , I ordered the Baya Clog and received a dark blue classic clog.

My daughter's shoes are not fitting her I ordered a size J1 (size 13) not fitting, and the color is the incorrect pink , see the images .
