Cros South Africa - Quality & Service SHOCKINGLY BAD!!!

I own many pairs of Crocs. I bought wedge sandals last year for R1000. The one shoe strap is lifting after light wear for a few months under Covid last year. I returned to Fourways Mall & was told I only had 6 months warranty. I then took photos and have emailed them twice. I just tried to call and been placed on hold for 15 mins by receptionist. TERRIBLE QUALITY & WORSE SERVICE!!! I will not use this brand again!
