Very poor customer service. Ordered 8 pairs and received 2 wrong pairs. Reported immediately to their customer service and spoke to Shanna Leigh. It's 5 days now and was promised that they're investigating. 5 days later, no news, their silence is disgusting. Now I have to beg them to refund me.
