CrocsSA online order missing items

I ordered 2 x pairs of crocs online with a massive sale. When my order arrived I only received 1 x pair. I had to contact them from my side to ask what is going on. After numerous phone calls I was told that there is no more stock of the 2nd pair. I have not received 1 x phone call or 1 x email from CrocsSA for a reference number or department investigating my matter, NOTHING! I dont know if I will get a refund or credit or anything. Everytime you call you speak to a new agent, you explain your whole story and then they tell you that your case has been escalated to the next deparment and you will be contacted within 48-72hours. Then you wait....nothing! Then you contact from your side again.....nothing! This is pathetic! I WILL get my money back, even if it takes me a lifetime to sort it out. I will never order from crocssa ever again. Pathetic service!
