CROCSSA EONT SHIP MY PURCHASE

I purchased 4 pairs of classic crocs online on 18 December 2024, they cost about R1684.80. I have been checking order peogress under my profile on the website and there was no movement…at all. I sent an email to make follow up regarding my order, I immediately received a respond saying someone will contact me. Several days later I received another email explaining how crocssa was having a challenge with couriers. Still there was no progress. Few days passed and there was nothing still, I made another follow up through email, all I got was an automated response, nothing it’s that. Today I went to their website under my profile, o wanted to track my order my order history had been wiped out, my pending order as well as orders of previous purchases do not reflect on the site. All I want is my money back. I do not think I will ever get the merchandise, so I was to be reimbursed for the money spent purchasing the shoes.
