CROCSA do not care about their customers!

I am utterly disgusted at the lack of care CROCSSA has when it comes to meeting the customer's needs and general service!

I ordered a pair of shoes online 3 weeks ago (09/11/2023), they failed to deliver the shoes and did not even bother to call and update me. I called to follow up and they said they are escalating the matter and will get back to me which the also FAILED to do so. so I call again to follow up, only to be told that they do not have stock anymore and they will refund me which is highly unfair and inconsiderate because there was still stock when I ordered and I had purchased it at a sale price. I am APPAULED to say the least.
