Crocs you’re Croc

I had received notice of crocs on sale, but when I attempted to make payment the basket was not applying discounted rates. 2 emails, 1 message and numerous calls and nobody has come back to me to assist with my enquiry. The special is now over and I’ve lost out due to Crocs, poor poor customer service and general disinterest.
