CROCS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a pair of crocs that was in my cupboard for a while. One day when i got to the cupboard the crocs was literally boken, only the sole of the shoe was left. I called head office crocs, to report this issue and they have told me to send the item to the head office. I did so, in November 2019 . I received a call from post in January 2020 office to say i need to come and colect the item as Crocs didnt not collect it on their side. This is rediculous and very bads customer service, for such a leading brand to do this. I need feedback rgarding this issue as soos a possible.
