Crocs South Africa online review

I ordered two pairs of Crocs on the 4th of December, it was during the “cyber week” sale and when I contacted them asking about my tracking because 48 hours passed and I did not receive one, they were honestly so helpful, and explained to me very nicely when I called and when I emailed, since it was that cyber sale and the Black Friday sale, their orders were abit delayed but it will get to be in between the 4-10 business days as Crocs states delivery can take. They followed up on Monday, the 9th of December so insure me that they worked over the weekend and my order should be shipped the next day, on Tuesday, the 10th I received my tracking order and the next day, the 11th, I got my order, so it was literally 5 business days, the sizes was perfect and I am absolutely Inlove with my crocs ! I have no complaints at all, the customer service was amazing and friendly, and the delivery, Ram courier, kept me up to date with everything and phoned me just before delivering to make sure I am available and at home, everything was 5 out of 5 stars for me, I will 100% be ordering again from Crocs !
