Crocs South Africa not as helpful after you have purchased from them

I bought Crocs for my sister as a gift it was unfortunately not suitable the color was not to her taste I thought no issues I’ll just exchange it for another color. But it really is a big issue this is because the Crocs team really aren’t as helpful as we would expect them to be. I am getting no response since last week, I received a link from someone at Crocs for returns but there was no option to change to what I’d like so I asked for assistance last week already but still waiting till today.
