Crocs South Africa is Wack

For a big name like crocs you'd not expect them to be sluggish in their services. To get a delivery it takea forever. To get a refund for a returned order even takes longer..it's been 3 weeks now I still have not gotten my refund, with zero communication from them. I had to reach out to them and yet I'm still waiting. How frustrating Crocs...very disappointed! Not sure I wanna buy from them ever again.... I only put 1 star coz I couldn't find anything lower than that. A zero star is more fitting atp tbh.
