CROCS SOUTH AFRICA INCOMPETENCE

I received the incorrect parcel on the 20th November. 10 days later I am still struggling to get assistance from Crocs SA. No reply to emails and when you call no one is at the desk. Its pathetic that you advertise your big sales yet you do not have the capacity to fulfill the orders.
