Crocs sandals SHRINK

I bought a pair of Crocs sandals, I paid approx R700, I had the sandals for a couple of months, nobody told me they would shrin****!! They are a full size smaller. My motherand I have the same size, we compared them and that’s the only explanation I can summize. I emailed Crocs HO, and nobody has contacted me. I also went to Fourways Mall Crocs and also no feedback.
