Crocs SA terrible service
Crocs SA worst customer service ordered on the 20 January 2023 order confirmed started inquiries in the week because my order has not yet arrived, get an automated reply that tells me nothing yesterday I send another inquiry today get a message saying the item I ordered is out of stock sorry for the inconvenience I must please send banking details for a refund ...my question is if I didnt inquire about my item when would they have contacted me or were they waiting for me to forget about it
