Crocs SA Online Service sucks!!!!!!

I've ordered goods from Crocs on the 13/09/23 and made part payment via Pay Jus Now.......todate I still have not received my goods, I've sent emails to Crocs SA and have received no reply from any agent ......whats so frustrating is that you've made part payment for the goods and in a few days tym u need to make another payment but i still haven't received my goods this is totally😡🤬up.....
