Crocs SA - Online - Returns

I ordered from Crocs SA online a few weeks ago for the first time. This is my experience with them and although it was my first time ordering from them it is also the last time: 1) My order was for 3 pairs of shoes. 2) When I received the shoes, there was one pair short. No notification from them or any paperwork in the box. I had to contact them and asked them why I only received 2 pairs instead of the 3 I ordered. 3) They told me the one pair was not in stock and I can either order something else or get a refund. I chose the refund. It did not take too long for the refund. 4) One of the two pairs of shoes were too small. I contacted them again and asked for a pick - up. I wanted to return the shoes and was told that they will give me a voucher which I could use and re-order on the website. I paid R 70 for the delivery and had to pay another R 70 for the return. 5) They received the shoes the Monday of the Black Friday week. This is where the problems started. Most of their shoes were on special and this is when they were playing for time because instead of buying one pair of shoes, I could now replace the one pair with 3 pairs. I contacted them almost everyday for my voucher and was told that they are inspecting and validating the return. On Black Friday I sent them an email and I confirmed my order without the voucher and insisted that they can process my order via email because I still have not received my voucher. They agreed and told me that they were going to sent it to me. (This was after numerous emails and a phone call to their HO). 6) It is now 3 weeks later and I still have not received my order. I sent them an email on Wednesday and had to phone this morning (13th Dec) as they did not reply to my email. I was told this morning that my order will only be delivered next week Tuesday. Their service is really bad when ordering online. I will definitely not order from their online store ever again.
