Crocs SA online exchange team, do you exist?

I am a huge crocs shoe fan! Unfortunately the online exchange team for crocs south africa will be making me think twice about buying online again! What's happened? Iv never had this problem before when I've had to exchange. I can never get through to someone that can help me. They always take my number/ email and inv number, they do not get back to me at all. No response from emails either. I hope that crocs sa can contact me so that I can exchange these shoes for the correct size. The wrong size was sent from crocs and I can't find the correct size instore either
