Crocs SA **** Information to Customers and Lies about return policies

I am so sick and tired of how bad and *********** Crocs is and they are an ************* business to work with. I have been ill treated by all of the online staff and worst the Store Manager Tasneem at Crocs in Access Park. After spending over 3k in the store over the weekend I needed to return one pair just for a smaller size and they told me it was worn and its a gift I got for my mother as a present. How can you wear a present and your birthday is only today. And how embarrassing is it now that I have to attend a party without a gift!!! Crocs you cannot deal with clients like this, I returned a shoe just for a smaller size. I sent images and I the proof of purchase and everything via email and spend so much time calling and following up the likes of Chantal and the team leader whose name I forgot because I'm furious how pathetic the service is and how they don't trust clients but they know how to accept your money and they do not even apologise I will never recommend to anyone to go there they lie about the return policy they accuse and just say what they want and how can they just treat people so pathetic. Tasneem threw the shoes in the store saying she didn't want it in the shop!!!!! Crocs is sickening!!
