I'm really disgusted with the customer service of crocs SA. I've been waiting for my order since the 23rd October, I sent you an email twice and then you offer me the same 20% off that you did in the first email you sent everyone about the delay in the delivery. That's really ridiculous!. Next time don't offer free delivery if this is what your service is going to be like, I'd rather pay for delivery and have my package come on time. Not even Shien take this long with delivery and they are all the way in China.

It doesn't seem as well that you are sending out deliveries first for croctober. Use are probably Sending out deliveries first for people that paid for delivery. And I am willing to pay if you can get my crocs here today please.
