I placed an order online with 2 items and received delivery confirmation, only 1 item was delivered and when I called I was told that item is out of stock. I opted for something else which was not happy with. The item delivered was not a fit a logged a return and it was collected successfully. I selected the right size and received email confirmation that my order is ready for collection by courier, weeks passed and when I made a follow up was told that item is out of stock. I requested for something similar as item was on sale and a refund will not work and was advised that a manager will contact me and weeks passed without any communication and when I followed up they advised that a refund will be done from the 23rd till to date nothing has happened.
