Crocs SA -

The staff at Croc's SA Baywest is utterly unprofessional and rude in my experience. I paid for 2 pairs of crocs and returned the one pair as they were uncomfortable and squeeqed when walking with them. The pair I returned was unworn in the packet with the slip (new).I don't stay near Baywest and could only return them after our holiday in the Western Cape ,after 30 days and this was a huge problem for the arrogant salesman. After a battle he credited the pair I returned and I paid R300 in on another pair of R600. Got home and my wife said the pair is to small as all my other crocs was a size 11 and this one is a 10. I had to take the 10 that day as they didn't have size 11's in the style I took as an exchange. Today my wife tried to exchange the size 10 of R600 for a size 11 and was met with the same arrogant attitude of the same salesperson and the manager just standing saying nothing. The name of the salesman unknown. It's embarrassing to be arguing and screemed at in a small shop with other customers over something as simple as customer service that's non existing at this branch. Unfortunately I have an R600 voucher that I have to use at Croc's SA but I would have prefered never to return or purchase anything from them ever again.!
