Crocs purchase misses promo opportunity

so this is not a bad review but rather just a very disappointing customer service aspect I placed an order on the 13th Oct, a day before a promo special where if you spent over R1500, you get 20 jibbitz free with your purchase Spending just over R2000 and missing that opportunity and they can't do anything makes me want to return the whole order and purchase it again to get the jibbitz for the kids... Sad customer experience
