Crocs poor customer service
I bought a pair of crocs on the 27-07-2024 at Somerset Mall,I placed them next to my bed,nd my heater was on away from the shoes when I woke up I found one pair shrink into a smaller size ,I can’t wear them now cz the other shoe is small,I called Somerset Crock nd spoke to Sonwabile he said it won’t be a problem to exchange it but I must wait for manager/supervisor she will be there at 10:30.
I spoke to Lulama she said they won’t be able to assist me because it’s not a factory fault but the other shoe doesn’t have a problem.
Iam so dissatpointed with their service.

On 10-08-2022 I spoke with an employee who acknowledged that shrinkage can occur due to exposure to heat, but informed me that I would need to wait for the manager to arrive at 10:30 for an exchange. However, when I called and spoke to Lulama about the issue, she stated that they would not be able to exchange the shrunk Croc as it was not a 'factory fault.' I find this reasoning inconsistent, as it is unlikely that only one shoe would shrink due to external factors if it was not a defect. I paid R1200 for this pair of shoes, and I expect a higher quality product that can withstand normal use. I request a suitable resolution to this issue, including an exchange or refund.
