Crocs only good to be thrown away

I bought some crocs as a gift for my wife down in cape town. The one shoe has shrunk and cannot be worn. My wife went to the branch in vaal mall to try and exchange the crocs so that they can be worn. She was not helped at all at the vaal mall branch. Surely if the local branch could assist we would not have needed to go to this extent. But the crocs shoes are now useless to be worn and can only be thrown away. We are totally dissatisfied with the service received at crocs vaal mall.
