Crocs Online Store absolutely shocking

I have emailed and phoned Crocs SA Online store and have received a response to neither. It has been 10 working days since my order was placed and I have not received it. The customer communications and service is beyond shocking. I have now resorted to social media to get a response and warn any potential customers on Hello Peter that I would not recommend anyone to purchase from the Crocs SA Online Store. Online retail is growing drastically in SA at the moment and for an international brand like Crocs to be failing so dismally at it is abysmal. I love Crocs shoes, but when it comes to buying online: STAY AWAY!
