Crocs online! Be carefull

I placed an online order 9 Dec already and nobody is getting back to me. The 1st order I received, but after placing the second order I see no movements! I beginning to think CROCS SA is a ****! I want my money back please! Last week Friday I phoned Canal Walk CROCS and they promised me they'll communicate with me this week!! I'm highly irritated
