Crocs online

Absolutely disappointed with the exchange service of crocs online.As a healthcare worker I've always worn crocs and desperately need my crocs.I didnt have time to go to shops due to the pandemic and the crazy hours we work, so I opted for the online service.Unfortunetely the size I got was incorrect(male/female sizing)I have been trying to exchange the shoes since the 21December 2020.Eventually after so many emails a courier company collected the incorrect size.Its been another month now and I am still waiting for my exchanged pair.Im really disappointed in the service and the fact that no one even responds to any emails.I will most definitely not purchase online again.
