Crocs might as well be called a ****

I ordered my third pair of shoes from crocs, unfortunately it was a bit too big and therefore I followed their return instructions but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m not receiving any feedback nor a refund or exchange. They took my money and are now ignoring me after I was patient with the terrible service i received prior to delivery. I suggest just going in store because their head office are literally just like the ****mers. Right now I don’t have the shoes or a refund! I paid for nothing & I can’t even get a simple response
