Crocs - do not buy
I’ve ordered a few pairs for Crocs October birthday special and logged a return in November- I phoned every 2nd day and email to follow up. Still going back and forth and it’s going to end of January- still have not received the 2 new pairs. What a waste of time, money and energy. I’ve phoned everyday this week - every time they take down my order number and contact number - it’s Friday and I am still waiting on them to respond to an email or phone back!! Really bad customer service- I’ve requested for a manager to contact me - waiting for months now! It’s ridiculous. After almost 3 months
