Crocs are made of cheap plastic and shrink!

Bought my husband a pair of Crocs for Christmas and after he wore them a few times they shrunk. Took them to the Canal Walk branch and was told they could not take them back as "they have been exposed to the elements", so it was not considered a manufacturing fault. So their logic is is that you cannot walk outside in them. Wrote a complaint to Crocs and got a generic reply about their exchange policy and did not address my query at all. Bad quality product.
