I ordered shoes on 22/10/2022 and on 03/11/2022 cancelled the order on numerous emails and phone call. I was told that it was due to be picked at the warehouse and will be out for shipment in the coming week. I told them that I do not want the order anymore; so why would I want to receive it only to send it back. Aaisha on the call gave resistance to my instruction. Till today, 08/11/2022; I have not received any indication that this order was cancelled. Clearly Crocs ignore the part that I have a right to cancel the orders esp when I had not received it or was not a custom order.

Hi Wendy, we apologise for the frustration regarding your Croctober delivery. We had to extend our shipping time by a few days but your delivery should arrive before end of business tomorrow 11/11/22. If you would still like to go ahead with your refund we will be in touch very soon as we do understand the disappointment. Thank you again, Crocs SA.

Again, for the 5th time now, I want a refund!!!
You even brought a size 8 iso 7 for the camo…besides the wrong size, I have told you over 3 times I want a refund before you even shipped the shoes; why you continued with shipping is beyond me. I want my refund please!!!
