Crocs Access Park 👎

I did an online order but unfortunately upon delivery the shoe was too big. I called the Access Park store and spoke to Kaylim to find out how they can assist me with an exchange as I needed it asap and the online exchange process might not meet my needs. He was not very helpful. I spoke to Solomzi who had an attitude, spoke over me and told me stuff like "obviously and yoh! Even asking me what type of client I am". I don't work in this industry so when I'm asking questions for clarity, I would want them addressed and not met with such disdain. I also work in a service environment but the service I received today was appalling and no customer should be treated this way.
