Crocs a huge disappointment, non existent customer service!

This is the worst company to order online from, they don't ship according and the replies don't even surifice. I ordered gifts to be sent to Dubai it still has not arrived, I had to go to a store and purchase new ones to be sent as gifts and pay the full price when the online order had been on special. Tracking has not been updated for days. Useless, and not worth the hype. If only the advertising was as good as the customer service. Now I dread the refund process. Global brand with no back up to the brand name.
