Crocs

I purchased a pair of Croc slip ons for the summer season 2016/2017. I wore these shoes for most of the summer days when off from work.

Unfortunately the toe portion broke which is what happened to three other pairs of the same shoe. Made contact with Deane Barton at Crocs ( ********** 845) who advised that they have discontinued that make due to a manufacturing problem. Sent him two mails with pics of the problem but he does not respond to my mail or call back. Why do the consumer have to suffer due to a manufacturing problem. This is unacceptable.
