CROCS

I have ordered crocs on Crocs.co.za about a month ago, the order took 2 weeks for delivery and my daughters crocs were not apart of the order, what I don't get is... Crocs messed up my order yet they not taking accountabilty nor responsibility for it all I hear is their policies and procedures. WHY WHY are you not satsifying your customers, I have been saying they give free crocs to influencers but cannot assist or satisfy or assist their clients properly, WORST CROCS.CO.ZA ever!!!
