Crocks "Sale" ******

I visited your Menlyn Store on Saturday 28 December 2019. In the window on display there were three stands. Each one said “on sale” with a pair of Crocs on each stand. When asked about the Crocs on the stand on Sale I was shown to a section that was on sale and a very rude male shop attendant said that those Crocs in the window on the “sale” stand are not on sale. I asked him to explain the logic of putting Crocs on sale in the window and them misleading customers once they are in the store. The sales attendant just looked at me and refused to answer or give any explanation. He then turned his back on me and walked away to the back of the store and did not come back. As a longtime customer I was shocked and walked out – promising myself that I would never go back to that store again I would post this incident on hello peter I would lodge a formal complaint about rude and misleading customer service at your Menlyn Mall Store Your store just lost a sale of 2 pairs of crocs on that day.
