CROC Shoes squeak and service horrid

RANT!! I visited CROC shop in Somerset Mall a few days ago and bought three very expensive pairs of sandals! I paid R799 for one pair of croc sandals .. I wore them yesterday and they squeak dreadfully! Everyone looked at me as I made so much noise with them!! Took them back to the CROC shop and they refuse to refund or exchange as they insist they not broken!! They even phoned management and refused to refund or replace! I am so angry I can spit nails! Will NEVER EVER EVER support them again ! What a freaking waste of money AND BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CROC shop you suck!! #crocshop #crocssuck
