Croc SA shocking online support.

I've ordered online before and was so dissapointed. However thought maybe was just a bad experience. Well I should gone off the first time. Croc SA your service and support is shocking. After no communication into day 4 now I'm hoping to cancel my order. Other stores are doing so well during Covid you are a disgrace.
